Free Sports Facilities
Camping Rive d'Aude offers several sports facilities to remain active throughout your stay. Its synthetic multi-sport court hosts basketball, soccer, handball, and volleyball, with the option to borrow balls at reception. Friendly tournaments are regularly organized to encourage interaction among vacationers.
Bocce enthusiasts enjoy two regulation bowls courts, lit for evening play. Internal competitions and night tournaments are offered in summer, with bowls available on request.
Finally, a free-access fitness and weight room allows visitors to stay in shape with complete equipment: cardio machines, ellipticals, free weights, benches, and floor mats for exercises.
Fitness Classes with Maélysés Nautiques
Monday 9am-11am: Choreographed Fitness — dynamic movements set to music, complete muscle strengthening, cardio training, stretching and recovery, all levels welcome.
Wednesday 9am-11am: Cardio & Yoga — cardiovascular exercises, targeted muscle strengthening, flexibility work, yoga-inspired postures, final relaxation.
Friday 9am-11am: Pilates & Gentle Gym — accessible and playful cardio, Pilates-style gymnastics, core and posture work, deep strengthening, ideal for beginners or those returning to sports.
Free classes for campsite residents; mats provided (option to bring your own); bring water, towel, and sportswear; registration at reception (limited spaces).

Summer Tournaments and Competitions.
Cabanes Beach and Saint-Pierre la Mer host numerous sports tournaments during summer.Beach Volleyball: courts set up on the beach, weekly tournaments in July-August, open registration or team entry, recreational and competitive levels.
Beach Soccer: weekend tournaments, youth and adult categories, 5 players per team, prizes for winners.
Beach Rugby: format adapted for sand, friendly tournaments, coed participation encouraged.
Beach Tennis: new sport gaining popularity, padel-type rackets, nets installed on the beach, free instruction in July-August.

EuroVelo 8 - The Mediterranean Route: European cycle route following the coast, flat and easy course, family-friendly, from Leucate to Gruissan via Cabanes.
Canal de la Robine: path along the canal, shaded by plane trees, 25 km from Narbonne to Port-la-Nouvelle, minimal elevation change.
Lagoon Circuit: 35-km loop around the lagoons, typical villages (Bages, Peyriac-de-Mer), outstanding panoramas, easy to moderate difficulty.
Mountain Biking in the Clape Massif
